Why do I get the Error Code TL-409 when syncing my test?

If you receive the error message TL-409 when connecting your test, this may indicate that your Online-ID has already been linked in the past.
Please note that each Online-ID can only be linked once, because only you should have access to your test results.
So you can't and don't have to link your online ID again.
Simply log in again with the same email address as last time to access your test and its result.
