Is the quality of capillary blood as informative as venous blood?

For our tests, a small amount of capillary blood is taken from the fingertip.
Analyses by our partner laboratories with regard to the biomarkers contained in the assortment showed matches of 95-99% compared to the concentrations of these biomarkers in venous blood.
There is a clear correlation, which is why it can be assumed that both methods lead to comparable results with regard to our biomarkers.
