To cancel your order or use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your withdrawal within 30 days of purchase by sending a clear statement by e-mail to support@lykon.de.
Only unused and unopened products can be returned.
Please ensure that the seal on the products is not broken before returning them to us.
If a return is necessary, our customer service will send you a free return label. You can either print this out yourself or have it printed out on your smartphone at the post office using the QR code.
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund you the full purchase price.
