Why do I get an error message during registration?

An error message during registration can have various reasons.
Often an error occurs when your email address already exists in our system because when you place an order in our shop, a LYKON account is automatically created for you.
In this case, you can skip the registration process and go straight to the login using the same e-mail address.

If the "Create account" button remains greyed out, this may be because there is a blank space before or after your e-mail address.
Therefore, always check carefully whether everything is correct.
