I lost my Online-ID, what should I do?

If you already connected your test ID to your user account, everything is fine.

If not, it is unfortunately impossible for us to trace the corresponding sample back to you.
Your sample is submitted anonymously and there is no 'duplicate key' as only you should have access to your results.
Please check again and contact our customer service in case you really did lose your test ID.
If you have taken our myDNA Slim test, we can also track down your test ID using the barcode number.
